[Official] UPDATE / Login Issue
Update (19/02/2021)
Some users have been reporting an issue that causes the game to crash unexpectedly.
As a number of you have already stated, there is a possibility that antivirus software could be the cause of the problem. Our investigation is still ongoing, but we agree that there is a potential link, and we are looking into it closely.
In the meantime, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update (18/02/2021)
A new Update File (Data Pack 4.00 & Patch 1.04.01) is now available.
Some measures have been taken to reduce the incidence of an issue that occasionally prevents users from logging in to the game.

We have confirmed that some users are currently having issues logging into the game.
If your first login attempt fails, repeated attempts should allow you to access the game eventually.

We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused.
