WHY is it that every time I close this game down then start it again I have to go through the whole 15 minutes of re-downloading patch files? EVERY TIME I load the game up !! it's annoying as FK!

This is the mobile game. Why is it being ported on PC? can't read it,i have over 5k hours with my last account wih AK1 i was so looking forward to this and i can't read any of the stages can't developee my toon or anything too bad is there a translated option?

I would like to try it out but i couldnt run it last time, issues with launcher and starting up the game
