Just wait for Ryza DX if you MUST have everything in a single package. The trilogy is finally finished, so we're gonna get upgraded versions with all DLC included a couple years down the road.

This is extracted straight from the Switch version with no edits or changes. Use Gust Tools[github.com] to unpack the game's data and replace any of the existing costumes with these. You don't need to rebuild the PAKs, you can play with loose files.
