Could have made the game super popular and continued support, and add workshop for people to make their own content. I love this game but playing Dead Cells again since 6 years and it's crazy how much content there is, and what a great community it has. I prefer this game though but it's hard to keep playing with no new content ever, a real shame...

I just started to play the game for the first time. I don't want any events activated, I want to experience a normal game. How can I disable it?

This is a first game i am thinking about leaving bad review for. First of all i have an extensive portfolio in rogue light / metroidvania (Excluding RL1) not to brag but just to establish motive that i do like these kind of games and are willing to dedicate time and effort in beating them. I also bought this game way back in early access but never played it (to support development). This game makes me feel hollow. I don't feel like is up to my skill while i play this game. When do I switch off of leather? I don't really get what I should be doing with the different versions. I have gotten the scholar and warden and leather sets. I just don't get it.
