3 Lives Update!

We have added in the option to play with 3 lives in missions. That means you can be shot down twice in a mission and still have a chance to pick back up where you left off. You will also have the option to play with only 1 life and gain an increased teef reward for doing so.
We have adjusted how the objectives work in the Mek Shop Don't Stop and Scrap Heist missions so the objectives will advance if enemies are destroyed. This will create a more player-directed experience, and reduce player fatigue of long defensive sections.
We have added in an auto-level button so if you get your plane in a cockeyed position you can level back out.
We have various bug fixes, a bit of MP weapon balance, HUD improvements, addressed some achievement wonkiness, and MP transition stability.
