I'm not the sort of person who typically re-plays games. When I played previous Arkane games, like Dishonoored 2, I would frequently find all these alternate routes and secret passageways on my way OUT of a level.

Deathloop feels like a great concept for Arkane's style of thoughtful and deep level design.

Instead of not getting to appreciate it as much in a game like Dishonored 2, this time, due to the time loop nature of the game, you DO make use of the things you learn about in each level's design, making me feel like one of those speedrunners of Dishonored 2.

The game's narrative and worldbuilding is not as compelling as the Dishonored series'; but it's interesting enough to keep me engaged; and the classic Arkane gameplay with all its self-expression is what truly makes the game shine.
