I was wondering if I was accidentally clicking off the window but no, I also have this and yes it is hella annoying, it happens at random intervals.

Use right click on the marker on the grid that was the trick that I learned to work around it.

Must admit i have this problem now after updating the game, havent had this issue before myself

Oh right, now i got it, right click where all the resources are on the "playing field" then using right click.

Yeah I've seen all the problems posted but this is the only one I have.

But the devs might (or will) ignore this post because of the incredibly short and vague subject line. Might want to rename this thread so you can get more attention.

Something like: "Product info window keeps closing at random".

This only happens to me when there is no daily event active.

Very very annoying. Don't think I'm gonna play that game for long. Years to fix such a small bug.

Still happening and still no fix

i downloaded the game yesterday and had the same issue, roughly every 30-60 second. i closed the game down a validated the files, and that fixed the issue. had the game running for 5 hours with out an issue.

Problem persist for me even after validation. Well, I have to admit, I am kind of having fun with the game but the sheer amount of things that keep trying to get me to buy something is a bit tiresome. It feels like every screen has some kind of pay to progress content on it. I could live with that if not for the fact that the game is buggy. I might just drop the game because of this bug though.
