small vdex irk
I feel like im going insane Azur staff is 40 vdex, radagon icon is 30. combined they hit the 70 vdex cap so why does beloved stardust feel faster? is it just in my head?

Beloved Stardust is +99 virtual dexterity.

i know but it shouldnt matter, vdex is hardcapped at 70 unless beloved stardust is somehow overriding that cap which it feels like

Yeah I know 70 is the cap for spellcasting, but it could be a bug or weird quirk, idk. Do some more testing?

i lined up shadowplay recordings as best i could of both catch flame and lords heal i couldnt tell a difference in either with azur + radagon or stardust so as far as i can tell its in my head
