Report a translation problem
In your library, right-click on Elden Ring.
Select 'Properties',
go to the tab 'installed files'.
Click on the last entry, 'verify integrity of game files'.
Also, I highly recommend using paragraphs in your post.
Now from what I was able to decipher from your wall of text, this isn't a bug with the game and has everything to do with your controller itself or its configuration.
For cleaning Xbox controllers you typically need to open them up to do anything truly effective.
On the configuration side of things, check Steam Input. You can adjust the size of the deadzone. You can also just turn Steam Input off and see if that fixes it.
