It'll be singleplayer only at launch, but we do plan on eventually adding a "Singler Player +" mode, as a couch co-op experience.

However, if your monitor is not at this aspect ratio, it's possible that the pixels will appear blurry. For the non-standard monitors, toggling on the "Pixel Perfect" setting will add a black border around the display so that the pixels will appear crisp rather than blurry.
