Game crash

When I press Start in the main menu the game crashes and I get some error. Is the developer watching?

Exit Game?

Maybe I am just being slow today but I could not figure out how to close the game. Esc key didn't do anything. Otherwise its a neat game.

Is this it? Is the game finished?

It does not even have something as basic as a button to bring up the menu or an option to change the graphical resolution that I could find. And my game was lagging horrible, just trying to get to the action. Once in the thick of things and the chaos starts, the lag is gone. That is completely opposite of what is suppose to happen. ^^! Plus if you fail to upgrade and your car wont move (or hardly), you can not simply get back to the menu. I understand it is free, but we need at least the basics. I w...
