Cant play/launch campaign

Hey guys, can anyone tell me how to play this stupid game in campaign mode? I've tried many ways, even used firefox to open battlelog (stupid d0g sh!t) website but cant launch the game, just "initializing campaign" and nothing happen.

I had this issue until I installed Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2010 Service Pack 1. I got no error at first and then a missing DLL error on later tries.

it didnt work for me after that it opend the website and when i choose campain and clicked play/launched then it just says Initializing Campaign but it doesnt launches the game
