Yes the player base is still active, and yes they're mostly sweats. The experience is worth it and I would still recommend it for a new player. It has tons of content and the community is pretty cool.

No. It's utterly miserable, vehicles are stupidly op, TTK is insanely fast, the graphics will sear your retinas if you so much as look slightly up, or are so dark you can't see anything at the same time, and everyone is a sweaty try hard bunny hopping everywhere.

I'm playing the game in 2024, and I have no issues finding a full server. Also, I disagree that the game is full of tryhards. I’m usually not very good at FPS games, but I’m doing surprisingly well in BF.

The only people left playing are tryhards and vehicle campers. Don't waste your $ on it.

i played bs4 in ps4 its fun, in 2024 its worth but i cant play with controller :{ i try xbox 360 controller and ps4 and ps5 but nothing work

No, I don't have it. I bought Titanfall 2, BF4 will wait for sometime else. The opinions are mixed and I'm not eager to buy the game soon :)

look out for the AEK gun at least 30 people in the match are running. i stopped playing because of it. no one really uses anything else so theres not really a variety of players being skilled with most guns.

That's sad, I had tons of fun playing battlefield 1, I used all sorts of guns and so did the majority of the people. The variety is huge and It's well balanced (with a few exceptions)

BF 1 to me is the best battlefield game. i loved bf4 but like isaid everyone uses the same gun and it shreds you before you can react to it

BF1 is much more balanced and far better for new players to to get into. Also doesn't have BF4's weird server player number spoofing.

You can't do much wrong with a price of 2,70. The game won't be better next sale. And being realistic, it won't go past 1 Euro. You already missed it's prime (which after BF3 was the last prime BF experience.) So you already missed plenty of trains. It will be the same, till the game eventually dies out, just like 3 did.
