i tryed some of the tips and all from forum but here how i got my problem solved... i contacted ea in direct chat from ea help and what they told me to do worked instantly for me... first go into your ea app and top left you have menu like 3 bars...click there and go to help than go app recovery and clear cache second thing : 1.
