Unable to play pachislots or any arcade game besides VF2 (haven't tried 5), I get either a cream colored screen while in game or a black screen while accessing slots from the main menu.

Also seems like English dialogue is cut off about a second or two too soon in some lines, particularly before chapter 4.

Its not necessarily a bug report, but something else that is really important! A friend of mine couldnt play the game, because it crashed immediately after starting it. Apparently, if your windows username doesnt purely consist of latin letters there is some sort of issue. One way of solving the issue is to simply change your username. If that doesnt work you should create another windows user. In my friends case that solved the the problem.

- Wireless XBOX Joypad needs to be enabled for Big Picture mode and the game launched via Big Picture in order for the button binds to work properly, otherwise button binds are all messed up.
- Once Wireless Joypad gets disconnected (signal drops out or it turns off due to inactivity) there is no way for the game to reconnect to it other than exiting and reloading via Big Picture
- Older Arcade games just display black box.

Can not play arcade games either. At first it was all of them until I installed the Pachinco DLC, and now it's just Virtual Fighter games will play all the other will not.

i don't have the mini-map in the bottom left corner... i have installed on both of my PC's and they both have the same issue..

the game runs well on both PC's... the TURN ON MINI-MAP option is ON on both PC's... don't know what is happening

all the drivers are updated 1080ti and 2080ti cards

If my controller disconnects, I cannot use my controller again in-game (restart needed)

1. Start the game with a controller (I am using an XBOX One)
2. Turn off you controller (/wait it will turns off)
3. Turn on your controller, and the game won't detect it.


Also I can only play the Virtual Fighter games, the other Arcade games dont work for me (blackgame screen, with a colored border), I can check the tutorial, and exit the minigame but cannot play it.

Also have the windows user name issue. Due to the letter 'á' in it, the game is not launching at all. I would rather not change my user name, so hoping the issue gets fixed.

Some people said that such a bug also existed for Yakuza 0 which was fixed.

There seems to be an issue with dialogue cutting off too soon during certain lines. As the first post states, it happens frequently before chapter 4 (but not during every scene).

I have experienced this with the Japanese audio track, while other users have also reported the same issue with the English dub.

found out my problem.. in GAME SETTINGS.. make sure SHOW UI is turned on

I just unlocked the Karaoke bar and the girl behind the bar let's you relisten to past party chats. However, when I unlocked this option I only had the very first party chat available, but not a later one I heard when exiting a Mahjong parlor. Going to the mahjong parlor again doesn't trigger the conversation again so it not unlocking at the girl is probably a bug.

Also can't play any sega arcarde games aside from virtua fighter.

My game stopped being able to launch. The process starts and then stops suddenly. Got like 2.5 hours in before it happened. i7-9700, 2070S, 32GB RAM, and windows 10. All files verified fine.

Cannot play arcade games aside from Virtua Fighter. All other arcade games just show a black square with a colored border.

Some players give an error, including mine, on some older processors, although they are not weak enough.
(Although the yakuza kiwami 2 runs smoothly on high preset)
Can you remove this instruction for older processors? Thank you so much!
