Accessing the Artbook DLC
After purchasing The Art of Changeling Tale dlc, the artbook will download and be located in the games directory in a folder called 'The Art of Changeling Tale'.

If you are having trouble finding it:

Right click on the game
Click 'Manage'
Click 'Browse Local Media Files'
This will open the game directory.
Open the folder named 'The Art of Changeling Tale'
Open 'Changeling Tale Art Book Digital.pdf'
