Is curse of blood on lunar druid bugged or dont I undertand?

I dont always have curse of blood (draw a scourge while in lycan form at end of turn) while being lunar druid and sometimes the curses dissapear without me removing them.

I dont understand when this is the case, bug or feature?

Regular Bjorn
End turn in Lycan form: get Scourge of Lycan in Discard
Draw Scourge in Lycan form: get Curse of Lycan
Curse of Lycan: dead card

Lunar Druid
End turn in Lycan form: get Curse of Lycan in Discard
Curse of Lycan: Ethereal and gives Spirit
Ethereal means it automatically burns itself at the end of turn
But be careful if it fills your deck, as it means it's harder to draw your other cards

So Lunar Druid doesn't get Scourges and immediately gets Curses if you stay in Lycan form

Right, but my question was: why dont I always get Curse of the lycan in discard while end turn in Lycan form?
