Can't start game at all

Re-installed this game couple days ago as I wanted to get back into it, I used to play back in 2009 when Ndoors owned it, figured since I use steam so much, that I would install here and play it again. Started new and got a guy to LV 108 and has worked flawless, until Today, freezes at login page, sometimes I can get past login (barely loads) and within 45sec it goes back to login saying "Disconnected from servers". Upon further investigation apparently steam sucks for this game and there is no way to logi...

Game is fun sure but Valofe is an absolute waste of time. They do not care about the players/community all they want is what is in your wallet with insane prices for "item mall" purchases and nothing else, stop supporting these greedy sacks of poo and let them rot. It is sad to see a game with such potential ruined but Valofe is utter garbage.

Are Private Servers legal?

Because this game is still running (albeit with a significantly-reduced player base - I remember when it was just Nexon, the good ol' days before this game got ♥♥♥♥♥♥) are Private Servers actually allowed? If not, how are servers like Atlantica Online Eternal and others allowed to exist? Secondly, lol - Where is the Clover Fairy Merchant? No information exists in game. Thanks!...

this game crashes instantly when i open it but ONLY on this steam account, other steam accounts and vfun launcher work just fine. what does this mean and does anyone know why?

(Kind of) New player here. I have some questions.

I played this game years ago. I think I got about level 60 on another server. Then I saw this on Steam, so I want to re-live the playing experience from this game. I didn't go that far on my old character (about level 50) since I didn't really know what I was doing. But here are my questions. 1. I got to level 90 quite quickly because of the guard mercenary. Then I try to do the Valentine's event. However, the monsters are very strong for my level. Is this normal? Do I have to level up more to fight them?...
