Why is this door sparkling?

Normally when something sparkles and has a red dot on it the game is telling me I haven't interacted with it. But that's not the case here. What is the game trying to tell me about this door? https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3537808879

You need a key to open it. You can find one by exploring the cave. It’s required to progress :).

Edit: It should say a key is required when you examine it though. I am doing my second playthrough (first on steam) and it definitely hinted needing a key.
