Hi! Discord is definitely better, there are more people there who can help, but I'll gladly try here too. I'm not sure where exactly the problem is? The holes have different shapes. Some fit bones, and one requires an old torch. You can switch between available interactions using a special button. Check Controls settings and reconfigure it if necessary. I'm not sure what I set as the default button for the gamepad.
