I wrote to support the refund of funds for this game, due to the fact that at some point it simply stopped running. Tech support sent me correctly twice. Repeatedly reinstalling the game did not solve the problem. Also, when faced with a similar situation for the first time, I found that the technical support system in steam is designed so that you can write to them exclusively according to the sections that they came up with and did not bother to place the "other" section, where the client could describe the situation that does not fall under their sections. In the technical support sections, I chose "refund", because as I described earlier, in principle, there is no way to describe what is happening due to the absence of the "other" section. Keep in mind, friends, that this is how steam treats customers. Shame on you!
