The Monster Tribes provide the Union with recordings of their member's memories, which are projected onto the unborn monster's mind while in the egg inside of the incubator, which also accelerates the growth process. Monsters hatched inside of a Union Incubator are born with fully adult bodies and minds, with a mixture of memories taken from the tribe of their species, enough to give them a grounding and personality separate that will grow from that point.
We are looking to include monster dialogue in the near future to allow this to be more readily apparent.
