Need help for this game, has alot of very, very hard secrets. anyone in? dm me. it's a masterpiece yet to uncover. (Repent.txt also secret commands for console and new gamemode)

I thought I'd seen everything this game had to offer (17 locales, plus 3 hidden ones), but then when I was taking a look at the game files, I saw an sfx folder containing audio clips such as "Attack_Impact", "Attack_Swing", "Enemy_Whelp_Voice_Pain", "BulletBodyImpact", and many more. Is there another secret I missed? Perhaps a more complex game mechanic I have yet to work out?...
