Yeah if this is added to the launcher i'll be annoyed. My internet went down the other day for 2 days i couldn't even play GTA4 as it requires you to sign in to the rockstar launcher. Lets call it as it is it's just DRM

The update just removed Testapp.exe and didn't modify any other files.

Would be great if they fixed the many bugs on PC (unlikely), like the repeating dialogue, the groaning constantly, when an NPC grabs someone (typically grapplers like Luis and Hal) and they're in the animation for someone to punch their pinned target; every time they get hit, they add another groaning line oddly.

Would definitely like the repeating dialogue fixed the most, since it ruins the gameplay, when a character starts repeating the first line in their dialogue, after they've said everything relating to that event e.g. Taunting someone.

regardless of it just being the old "test app" I still will be backing up my original copy

at this point i don't trust Rockstar to not be preparing to force their launcher DRM or remove music at some point. They've done far worse in the past to their older games.

nothing to worry about just did the update and ran the game. no Rockstar launcher required. don't know what in the world was updated but the Rcokstar laucher was not added to the game. again just did the update and ran the game. the only thing that happened was that direct x and c+ installer was run that's it nothing else.

Why does it say this on the store page though? Was it always there?!
