Perfect Grind
Jesus the grind for perfect coromon is brutal 50 hours into the game, like 5 hours of pure grinding and I've only ever found one 20 potency and never found a single 21, even using potent scent.

Thanks for the help. That helped a lot.
Sorry, I missed the part where you were asking for help.
There's some pretty complete guides in the guide section of steam.
It depends if you want to have them perfectly "legaly" (with no reboot) or if you allow yourslef to reboot. In the second case, that's no so hard.

You only need 20 potency coromons to have perfect, because of the npc giving them +1 on the voltgar island. Best ways to have them are :
- set the speed to x2 in game/battle. Use potent scent in the area you want. Save the game. grind during the few minutes the scent is active. If no potent 20, reload your save. If you catch a potent 20, save the game a start again.
- catch a regular coromon you like. Save the game. Use a potential stone on it. If potent 20, that's good, save the game. If not, reload the save.

I'm at 52/124 in my "perfect hunt" so far. Sure it takes a little time, but that's not so hard.

I've done all that. I literally mentioned that I couldn't find 20s either because I obviously know about the potentiflator. Even with all that though, I haven't found any 21s, and only ever found a single 20.

I didn't ask for help, but when someone complains about something, saying "It works fine for me!" is like the least helpful, most useless comment you can ever write.
OK.
Good luck then.
I guess...
