Will steam achievements trigger offline?

Hi.
I know there are some games on steam that don't trigger achievements unless you are actively online and there are some that even if you are offline and pass the achievement trigger point, the achievement pops once you connect to the internet.

Can anyone confirm in which category Coromon falls into?

Not sure. Coromon does have an internal achievement tracker. And I do know that due to a few bugged achievements it will check and try to trigger on Steam at least some of the achievements upon loading a save. But I never tried to get any achievements while offline.
