you're free to join the discord and ask around, the devs could also help you figure out the issue if you create a ticket
I'm saying that the devs are more likely to know whats wrong. So telling them the issue , your specs, etc. will help actually get the thing fixed.

It's an issue with the FPS and refresh rate desync, we've been hearing this happen more on higher-specced setups. As of right now, I don't believe there is anything to do about it quite yet
Lol look at the actually helpful response i got from a a random person, these are the kinda things you need to be aware of in a coromon chat
For me, the game behaves like this on every system i've tried this game on (Ryzen 5600+RTX 2070, Intel i7 8700k, Intel i3 5005U with iGPU, Steam Deck). Given, that the game's engine is mobile focused, i assume it's some kind of power-saving feature. I've seen this on other mobile games and even some indie PC games as part of a "Steam Deck"-update, to squeeze more battery life out of handheld devices.
Not sure, why it's not a toggleable option or why it seems to not affect certain PCs. Perhaps it kicks in automatically, if it detects a "low power" device and it mistakes some PC's not bothering to clock up their CPU or GPU speeds (because they just don't need to for this lightweight game) for being "low spec".
Of course, it might just be caused by something completely different. The way the framerate behaves, does check out though.
When i've played those, it seems like possibly some kind of frame-pacing issue not picked up by FPS counters, since the framerate and frametimes are a flat line throughout while the camera still seems to stutter, when moving. The screen seems to "lag behind" every few seconds. It's hard to explain how it looks and feels while playing.
If it's just tearing in your case, then it should be easy to remedy by forcing V-Sync in your GPU driver settings. If V-Sync doesn't apply, you can maybe force it via more advanced methods, like NVIDIA Profile Inspector, if you have the know-how and a NVIDIA card. Of course. this doesn't excuse those games tearing in the first place.
However, with Coromon, the issue i have seems completely different. The framerate and frametimes will jump all over the place, always according to what's going on on-screen (more moving sprites and effects = more FPS), which is what's causing the stutter in my case.
