I hate to crush your hopes and dreams, as we would all love to see Manhunt 2 on Steam, but it will never happen.

Manhunt 2 is rated AO and Steam refuses to sell any AO games. The same also applies to Sony with the PlayStation, Microsoft with the xbox, and Nintendo.

We were lucky enough to get MH2 on PC, but the AO rating was inevitable, thanks to the "more strict" rating system a few years ago. If MH2 came out now, chances are it would just be rated M.

Manhunt 2 is 10 times more violent then manhunt 1 and so the first person who commented your right but sense the game is so violent and got banned in a country they cant continue this franchise so manhunt cant continue no updates no nothing unless if it wasent that violent! still i like the manhunt series

Still doesn't work.

It won't download.

It's not the download, It's just my computer keeps giving me errors like "you do not have permission" and "the download isn't a win32 something".

Ok so I got the download to work but now the game wont run and steam keeps saying "app already running"

It was turned off, I just forgot manhunt was reinstalling, the new problem is I replaced the original manhunt with the download but now the game won't launch.

The reason I couldn't use your method is because my new computer is being a ♥♥♥♥♥ and won't let me download stuff without giving me errors, I was lucky to be able to install custom zombie maps. I tried disabling nortan and everything but once I fix one download error it just goes back to the whole "this isn't a proper win32 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥".
