Uhh it's because of the controversy this game been in.

Get an account on a site called GamingDragons.com
It is in USdollars but you can buy it there and get a steam key. I own it here on steam in Australia.

Just Note that you will have to patch this game on modern windows. The Gate bug is a huge issue and looping cut scene music. pretty easy fix and good game to Mod.

you can only change it if you move countries, eh who cares really, you can change it all you want without even being caught for it

if you wanna change store regions to get it, go for it, if you wanna pirate it, go for that too, just make sure the site you get it from isnt full of crap
