Crashing!! The game, not my driving ;-)

I just downloaded the demo because this game hits every note for me. Unfortunately, it crashes each time I try to start a race or time trial. Is this a common issue or am I just an unlucky customer. My build is far beyond the specs recommended so I am at a loss here. Any help from the devs would be much appreciated as I would quite like to purchase your game. Thanks.

I can confirm I do not have this myself.
Have you reinstalled your redistributables?(Visual C, Direct X, etc)
Have you tried upgrading your OS?(to linux)

Just dloaded the demo. Mine crashes, too. It's right after it asks why kind of racing difficulty you want; Pro, etc after you pick your car in quick race. Crashes in the same spot every time. Literally can't play the demo.
