Is it possible to have higher resolution other than 1080P? 2K or 4K?

when starting up the game, it doesn't give me a option to proceed without mapping my controller. The problem is that I my controller doesn't register unless I tab out and in to confirm each single key press. Also when I did that I can't proceed past the logo because my button presses are not registering. Does anyone have a similar issue and knows how to troubleshoot? The controller I'm using is a Astro C40 (the registers on PC as a Xbox controller) and also tried my DS4 with no success....

Although I'm not going to lie, I hoped this long-awaited sequel would build on the excellent turn based combat system the first one had. This ARPG system looks kind of ...I don't know. I'll give it a shot if it's not too expensive, but I wanted a full on 30-50 hour version of playing that first games wonderful combat system again, only refined to perfection end extended out to a full game length....
