i5 12 gig ram SSD GTX1660TI with Logitech G29 @ HD Epson Beamer - all settings at low, window mode at 1440x and it is a stutterfest..., what can I do to fix this? Any ideas or hints?

My Savegame cant be restored, does somebody has 100% Save?

I'm having a hard time with this game because the throttle is always on, and holding forward just adds more throttle. Braking will stop my truck, but I can't reverse. Am I missing something or is this bugged? I've completely changed all my settings but nothing works....
