Seems that we've all been ripped off. The consensus is that the devs abandoned this game shortly after launch. Took money for a complete game and delivered an incomplete game.

Steam doesn't allow games with unobtainable achievements, so the best way to react is by reporting the game with this violation

they will be forced to either remove achievements entirely, adding them to work for everyone on the game, or get the game removed from the store entirely

they shouldn't have added them if they were not gonna release them

Agreed. In fact, it shows that achievements are available on the store page. Pretty misleading. I have in fact flagged this game and reported it to Steam recently. Have yet to hear anything back.
