Are the number of moves required to complete each level for the achievement supposed to represent the minimum number of moves required to beat the level or represent something else? For example "Complete Level 3 with six moves." can be done in as little as 4 moves as opposed to the 6 moves path the achievement seems to indicate would be required. Also the achievements don't really appear to track the moves they just unlock upon level completion no matter how many moves were made if that ...
