Report a translation problem
3rd person can be improved with some camera mods, but not fully fixed, so if you want the best first experience with the game, 1st person mode is the way to do it. Save 3rd person for a repeat playthough where you want to experience things differently rather than ideally.
IMO it's worth it if it's on sale for cheap, but not at list price. The Rose DLC adds value, but is itself on the weak side IMO. Gameplay and story-wise it's a nothingburger, but it does add some extra conceptual horror twists to the lore of RE7-8.
