Think you missed it.
I don't understand why people express their subjective displeasures in the forums and are not consistent themselves. Unfortunately, this annoying phenomenon is widespread on Steam.

Nah - it's absolute rubbish.
story sure whatever but the gameplay was fun at least for me, maybe cause theres more to focus on than just speedruning but regardless its more enjoyable on repeats than re2 remake

i mean iv heard it been compared before, the literal opening shares the similarity of holding out against an attack at the start of the game to be convinently saved by the bell at the last moment
The reason that build was scrapped is because Capcom thought it was too "supernatural" for Resident Evil and had Chucky Dolls in it - just like Village.
