Sometimes when I take a mask off a door I then can't select either to examine the door or leave it. Pushing keys on the keyboard and disconnecting/reconnecting controller doesn't help. I end up having to ALT+F4 the game to get out of it. It has happened to me twice now on a no saving achievement run.
