Has anyone actually been through old Inunaki Tunnel in recent years? I understand that it is blocked off due to at least one murder that took place inside the tunnel pre-millennium not long ago. It is in the same prefecture as the power plant that went down in the Tsunami over a decade ago, isn't it?
