How do I check the yield of a tile?

While I could find the yield of a city, I'm not sure if it's actually possible to check the yield of a tile (not city tile). Tried to hover over it, click on it, but to no avail. Would greatly appreciate any insight on this. Thanks!

TLDR: There are only a couple tiles that yield resources and they all have the same yield. So you can quickly get a feel for what gives you how much.

Is there a way to see the initial yield of a new city on various squares w/o moving a settler on to each of them? or do we just have to do this manually, taking into account any bonus for rivers etc.?
