I didnt test, but if you mean stuttering from v sync - just turn off hardware thing for frame generation in windows, it helped me.
Besides that there is a luggy camera bug, idk its general for pc port or only rtx 4000. But yeah, it has the issue with camera on pc, on ps5 there isnt.
