Game Crashes after i press any key when he asks me to press any key

I have no clue on how to fix this, i've been trying everything that I found on the internet without luck. Why this issue hasn't been fixed in so much time?

First of all verify game files.

What are your PC specs?

mine also is also crashing
already verified the files.
even followed the support instruction.
of all the games i've purchased here this is the only one that's crashing. just finished REVillage

What do you mean by "no luck with verifying files"? You don't know how to do it ?

In my opinion everything should be fine. Maybe install game again or "run as an administrator".

I did plenty of fix tries matey. I've changed graphic settings, in nvidia control panel, I reinstalled, I verified files, I deleted chaches etc..

I don't remeber but it should be in graphic options: Ray Tracing Shadows or something like this.

First problem is you're using nvidia. Nvidia is known to crash games. You have an AMD ryzen 7 but using a nvidia graphics card hmmm. I have used AMD for 20 years and rarely crash or have problems. Nvidia is trash.
