I was told that this game was mass pirated and because of that the developer got mad and stopped making games which is sad considering the quality I see here and price isn't even that bad in my opinion

I understand that the artist is probably Japanese and is abiding by Japanese laws. I also see the obvious detail that went into the Censored parts, (indication that the art was probably originally Un-Censored and then blurred afterwords).
