How to keep game running in background

I hate when it keeps pausing when I go out of the window, how do I keep it running in the background at all times?

If you have a second monitor then you could simply move The Final Earth over to that, If not then you could minimize The Final Earth as small as possible to keep it on the screen at all time's. There might be some official fix but I haven't played in a while lol
