Can't launch the rocket

I have enough fuel for a space launch but for some reason no one want's to work as an astronaut

The most common reason this might happen is if you have crew selected for which there aren't enough workers, e.g. you selected four explorers but only have three working in your Exploration Centers. Alternatively, it may be that some workers can't reach the rocket.

I didn't have an exploration Center
must've deleted it by accident

what makes workers unable to reach the rocket? i have the same issue. However i have all the workers, and i have a teleporter next to the rocket.
