How to Earn "Ballsy" Steam Achievement?
I've gotten the "Frogger" and :Fishy" Steam Achievements. But are you gonna tell me how to get the "Ballsy" Steam Achievement, Please?

You just need to find a citizen who's walking on a ball. This will be at night, and on a world surface. This is easiest in a small city, though you need at least 35 citizens for someone who likes to do this to spawn.
