This game is tagged as having sexual content

I have seen a little gamplay and I don't understand why that tag.
IS there something deeper in the game with it.
I am thinking of buying but I want that sexual contentment.
If its not there I might have to ask for a refund. Will i see it before the 2 hours refund window?

one of the DLC outfits is a bikini that got tagged that way

other than that you spend 99 % of your time in first person, some cutscenes showing your outfit

Just to make it clear: The Steam tags are not set by the developers themselves. It's the users who define these labels (you can do it yourself if you will). And for that reason, some might not be accurate and others are just work of internet trolls.

Well, there does exist a naked mod. So, maybe that's why? Though I don't recommend you play this game with only one hand.
