I have tried everything and nothing has worked.

In SP, say im fighting just another (or a couple) of CPU factions. Do i have to continue to nuke them untill i pollute the ENTIRE planet for the game to end, or will they surrender or something to end the game if i smash them hard enough?

It crashes when I try to join others in a game. Says Cloud Error. How do you upgrade Steam Cloud is my question ?
