Can you count cards on Blackjack Championship i know there isnt a real benefit but im starting to show an interest in card counting but need a place to practice what do you guy think?

I just got beat 18 of 20 hands in an experiment, there's no way this game is certified playing a deck fairly. The dealer held 2 card 20 counts 14 times in the 20 game set, and I of course was dealt a losing hand of nothing but 12-15 non stop.
