HOW I DELETED THIS GARBAGE
Install ccleaner, FREE VERSION** Start ccleaner then click on tools on left hand side, then click on startup tab. Ultimate live wallpaper should show in the list, delete it and then restart computer. WISH YOU ALL A GOOD DAY AND DONT GIVE THIS GARBAGE ANY MONEY

ALSO AFTER DOING ALL THAT, THEN, YOU CAN FIND FILE LOCATION AND THEN DELETE FOLDER... STEAMGAMES, STEAMAPPS, COMMON AND THEN THE FOLDER ULTIMATELIVEWALLPAPER, DELETE THAT. OK NOW HAVE A GOOD DAY
