Red Dead Online. The nights are way too dark.
Hi. I recently decided to comeback to the game. Online mode to be specific and I noticed that it's very dark at night. Back in the days I played Story Mode on high setting but in Online Mode I changed my setting to low/medium because it's hard to shoot. What parameter in game options should I change or is it normal?

Yeah, it's really dark in-game. That's why you have a Lantern on hand.

As the commenter above said, it's like that on purpose. That's the beauty. You actually need to factor in darkness, and you appreciate moonlight more.

You can "cheat" and use the dead eye or eagle eye ability to see things if you really need to in an emergency.

Yes. (that get's so Ducking Dark, i use lantern.)

There is a setting to fix this. That is what I did. I can't remember which one but I know you can make it so you can see perfectly fine at night.

Have you ever been to a rural area irl? it be dark.
